Julia Ihls

Julia Ihls is an interdisciplinary researcher and designer at the intersections of (natural-)philosophy, media theory, and scenography. After receiving an MA in art/media studies in Konstanz and Cork and a Diploma in scenography/media art in Karlsruhe, she worked as a concept designer and writer for the ZKM Karlsruhe. Since April 2021, she has served as the head of the Bio Design Lab at the HfG Karlsruhe, where she teaches, curates, and researches new (bio-)materials and convivialism.

Mathilde Bessert-Nettelbeck

Chris Spatschek

Chris Spatschek is a communication designer and science communicator located in Karlsruhe, Germany. His professional expertise lies at the junction of art, science, and society. He founded the Science Vision collective in 2013 and since then has been working on diverse projects within the context of scientific communication. He is a university lecturer, currently teaching at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and has taught at the National Institute for Science Communication (NaWik) since 2016.
