Gallery Opening of THRIVE: A Biodesign Challenge Retrospective: 4/14

In collaboration with the University City Science Center and Esther Klein Gallery in Philadelphia, BDC is honored to present THRIVE: A Biodesign Challenge Retrospective.

Opening on April 14, 2022, 5:00 - 7:30pm the exhibition celebrates creators in the Biodesign Challenge community by showcasing recent pieces by eminent bioart and biodesign practitioners and BDC alumni. THRIVE offers audiences a look at new work at the convergence of art, design, and biology.

Pieces in this show will be highlighted in BDC's forthcoming book, Grow the Future: Visions of Biodesign, which features essays by leaders in biodesign and a foreword by Paola Antonelli.
